Working Principle:

Product Stop Mechanisms A and B

These mechanisms are designed to prevent product collisions or “tailgating” during continuous flow. When multiple products arrive closely in sequence, the infrared system automatically identifies and ensures that dispensing is only applied to the first product. It can also intelligently recognize the second or third product for subsequent dispensing.
In the event of a line blockage, the system automatically detects the jam and enters a standby mode. Once the blockage is cleared, the machine resumes the dispensing cycle automatically.

Anti-Backflow Mechanism:

To prevent products from being accidentally pushed back toward the glue dispensing machine due to downstream pressure on the customer’s line, the anti-backflow mechanism is automatically engaged. This prevents reverse movement of products into the dispensing area and avoids unintended operation of the dispenser.
