What does installation, commissioning, and operator training include?

Every order includes the following as standard: factory acceptance testing (FAT) at our Dongguan facility before shipment — you or your representative are welcome to attend; installation support on-site for domestic China customers, or via detailed manuals and remote video-call commissioning for international customers (on-site overseas service available upon request); operator training covering machine operation, recipe programming, routine maintenance, and first-level fault diagnosis; training formats available at our factory, at your facility, or via our online video library.
