The automatic screw driver machine equipped with rotary product placement platform can rotate from 0° to 360°, allowing screws to be tightened from multiple sides, perfectly suited for complex or multi-surface assembly applications.
The automatic screw driving system is with various types for screw tightening solutions: single platform, double platform, dual screw feeding systems, double screw feeder with blowing and pneumatic mode to meet different product requirements.
The machine is programmed by teaching pendant for easy operation with detection functions as leak lock,sliding teeth,floating lock and so on.
The automatic screw driving machine is applied to M1-M8 screws, mainly applicable for socket, switch, LED, valve, toy, automobile, household appliances, 3C industry etc.
